End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the BIC America QuickBooks Integration (the "App").

1. Internal use only

The App is proprietary software developed by BIC America for its own internal use. It is licensed only to BIC America and its authorized employees and contractors. No license is granted to any other person or entity.

2. License

Subject to this Agreement, BIC America grants its authorized users a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for BIC America business purposes.

3. Restrictions

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the App for any purpose other than BIC America business operations. Credentials and access tokens must not be shared or disclosed.

4. Third-party services

The App connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own terms of service and privacy policy. BIC America is not responsible for Intuit's services.

5. Ownership

BIC America retains all rights, title, and interest in the App. All data accessed through the App remains the property of BIC America.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIC America shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

BIC America may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement end.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
