Privacy Policy

BIC America ("we", "us") operates an internal software integration (the "App") that connects our own QuickBooks Online company file to our internal order-processing tools. This App is used only by BIC America and its authorized staff. It is not offered to the public and is not available to any third party.

Information the App accesses

The App accesses data in the BIC America QuickBooks Online account through Intuit's API, including customers, invoices, items, and related sales records. This data belongs to BIC America and describes BIC America's own business transactions.

How the data is used

The data is used solely to create and manage BIC America's own invoices and sales records and to generate internal shipping documents. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to BIC America's business operations.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share data accessed through the App with any third party, other than Intuit as required for the App to function and service providers who host our internal systems under confidentiality obligations.

Storage and security

Access credentials are stored in secured environment configuration on BIC America controlled systems and are not shared. Access is limited to authorized BIC America personnel. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect this data.

Data retention

Data is retained only as long as needed for our business and accounting record-keeping requirements. Access to QuickBooks can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online, which stops the App from accessing any further data.

Your rights

Because the App processes only BIC America's own business data, no personal data of external users is collected through the App. Customer contact information appearing on invoices is handled under BIC America's general customer privacy practices.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page.
